FreightTech Startup
AI Assistant for Logistics Professionals
To remove adoption friction, we turned Tiliport into a personal assistant that worked from your inbox. By simply CC’ing magic@tiliport.com, users could trigger automatic reminders, reports, and insights – no new software to learn.
Year :
2025
Niche :
B2C Software on B2B Market
Company :
Tiliport - 2nd Version
Duration :
4 months

Problem :
Even a collaborative logistics platform wasn’t enough. Users didn’t want to migrate data, install apps, or learn new systems. Their real logistics work lived in email – and they didn’t have time to change.

Solution :
We built an AI that lived in inbox. By forwarding or CC’ing emails to a single address, users got daily reminders, reports, and insights about their own logistics – from pending rates and documents to quote and shipment statistics. No setup. No approvals. Just value from what they already do.

Challenge :
Despite the simplicity, most users didn’t CC emails. We realized that users didn’t have any pain regarding reminders and reports. Users didn’t want to-do lists, they wanted their job to be done.
Summary :
– Launched a zero-friction inbox-based assistant for logistics pros
– Delivered real reminders and insights directly from email threads
– Learned that reminders and insights are not the pain
– Shifted focus to higher perceived-value use cases that justified email access
