Problem :
Most freight forwarders overpromise and underdeliver – slow updates, scattered documents, and outdated communication methods.



Solution :
We combined hands-on operations with tech-enabled workflows:
– Real-time shipment updates via email and SMS
– Shared cloud folders for documents
– Transparent pricing and proactive customer service
It wasn’t a tech startup, but we used lightweight tools and automation to act like one.






Challenge :
We bootstrapped growth without outside funding, which limited how far we could scale our tech stack.
In 2019, I sold the company to ESTMA Group with the goal of relocating to California and focusing on my FreightTech ideas. All customers and employees stayed onboard after the acquisition.
Summary :
TELEPORT taught me how to sell and operate freight services end-to-end.
I built trust with shippers, managed vendor networks, and led a team through high-pressure logistics daily.
Most importantly, I learned how to spot what tech actually helps operations – and what’s just noise.
